TRC Construction Services, Inc. was selected to provide negotiated construction services for this multi-family project located on 10 acres on Bear Creek Pike in Columbia, TN. TRC CSI also provided civil engineering and structural engineering design services through our sister company TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. Phase 1 of this project consists of 11 buildings totaling 55 individual town home condominiums on 5 acres.
