TRC Construction Services, Inc. was selected to provide total “turn-key” structural services and shell building construction of this 36,000 s.f. two-story steel and wood frame office building for Bob Parks Realty. TRC CSI was provided a shot-rock building pad and delivered a complete shell building ready for interior finishes provided by the owner’s “in-house” construction company.
