TRC Construction Services, Inc. was selected to be the negotiated Design/Builder for this two level, three bay oil change facility located in Franklin, TN. TRC CSI worked with the owner over a long period of time to select land options, negotiate land contract and assist the owner with financing. TRC CSI also provided all phases of design, planning commission approvals, and building permit approvals.
