TRC Construction Services, Inc. provided negotiated construction services to complete this multi-level storage center project in Nashville, TN. TRC CSI self-performed all concrete trade work and managed all work including numerous multi-prime contractors with direct contracts with the owner for all site-work, structural framing interior partitions and rolling doors. The site required extensive rock blasting and excavation to level a steep site.
