Hampton Inn – Baytown, TX

TRC Construction Services, Inc. provided negotiated general construction services for this 70-guest room, three-story Hampton Inn hotel. TRC CSI was intensely involved in creating “Value-Engineering” opportunities for the owner to make knowledgeable cost and budget decisions required to keep a hotel of this size within the owner’s required budget. The project was successfully completed on schedule and within the project budget.
