Fort Benning Army Hospital Staff & Visitor Parking Garages

TRC Construction Services, Inc., in collaboration with TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc., delivered two design-build parking garages for the Army Hospital and Clinics located in Ft. Benning, GA. These 1,000-vehicle structures are a key component of the LEED Silver-certified project, featuring sustainable elements such as landscaped rooftops, locally sourced aggregates, recycled materials, and natural daylighting. The design includes energy-efficient CFL lighting, low-VOC paints, electric vehicle charging stations, and parking for bicycles, motorcycles, and vanpools. Both garages are accessed via precast vehicle bridges and are integrated with the site’s topography.
