TRC Construction Services, Inc. provided General Construction Services for this 64 unit, four-story executive level hotel with 18 extended stay suite accommodations. TRC CSI participated in an extensive “Value-Engineering” process that produced a high quality building with high level interior finishes within the owner’s required budget.

• 64 guest suites with mini kitchens
• Two-story open atrium with monumental wood stair and railings, fireplace and wood floors
• Load bearing masonry walls with precast hollow core concrete plank floor system (1st, 2nd & 3rd floors)
• Load bearing metal wall framing system at 4th floor
• Steel bar joist roof support platform system with individually field cut steel gambrel shaped roof truss framing system and standing seam metal roof
