TRC Construction Services, Inc. was awarded this 90,000sf, first LEED certified office / warehouse in Nashville, Tennessee. Construction of the shell building was completed in 4.5 months. Also, included is an 11,000sf office build-out for Holladay Properties; which was completed in 30 calendar days.
