All My Sons Moving & Storage 2709 Locust Street - Nashville, TN

TRC Construction Services, Inc. was the negotiated Design/Builder for this new moving & storage facility in Nashville, TN. All surveying, planning, civil, structural and precast engineering was completed utilizing “In-House” design engineers. TRC CSI had to overcome several site-specific design issues to allow this building to be built on this property. Underground detention systems were required to maximize the building area. Concrete tilt-up wall panels weighing 80,000 lb each were used on exterior walls for durability.
