Airport Logistic Parkway Phase 2 & 3

TRC CSI was selected by Holladay Properties to provide Design-Build services for Phases 2 and 3 of the ongoing Airport Logistics Park project in Nashville, TN. The development includes 11 warehouse shell buildings and 22 tenant build-outs, spanning a previously undeveloped 50-acre site near Metro Nashville Airport.

Our Design-Build scope of services includes comprehensive building design, covering architectural, structural engineering, and MEP engineering. It also includes total turn-key construction services, featuring self-performed cast-in-place concrete construction with tilt-up concrete wall panels and tenant-specific interior build-outs.
