O'Reilly Auto Parts Distribution Center Renovations Craighead Street - Nashville, Tennessee

TRC Construction Services, Inc. was the negotiated Design/Builder of choice for renovations to O’Reilly Auto Parts Regional Distribution Center in Nashville, TN. TRC CSI managed the design-build total fire protection systems replacements, including a new fire pump, total electrical system replacement, and additions including a new electrical generator, approx. 100,000 sf of new site concrete paving, dock renovation and management of owner provided racking and conveyor systems. This project was completed in phases (including working nights and weekends) with the distribution center remaining fully operational at all times to keep O’Reilly operational with no “down-time”.
