TRC Construction Services, Inc. has been the General Contractor of numerous O’Reilly Auto Parts retail stores in Tennessee and Kentucky. TRC CSI works with a tight 90-day schedule on each project to deliver a quality project in a timely manner. Each retail store has sales area, parts storage area, offices, toilet facilities, extensive site concrete paving and landscaping. Each structure consists of structural concrete foundations, a pre- engineered metal building structure, including seam metal roof system and metal exterior panels and brick veneer.
